Ryan Harrow should definitely be ranked as the top PG in his class given his handle and fluidity. But the funny thing about coaches is that, if a player has rep and does all this fancy dribbles and crossover, then they will say that he is super talented. If they watched him at the park and didnt know who he was they would be like: He can't play organized ball, hes too And1 blah blah. These coaches rarely know how to judge talent. What a shame.
