@itisnick I thought I heard something to do with "Ebisu" being some kind of god or good fortune or something like that, but I can't find any sources at the moment to confirm or deny. I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with "shrimp", however. Either way... both Cornelius and Yann Tomita are like gods themselves... as far as music goes!

I thought Ebi is prawn or is that just shrimp? Anyway Ebisu is the part of Tokyo where the the beer company started. I think in those days things were spelled differently in Romanji - Yebisu like Tokio.
