Alkistis: If someone who experienced a toxic childhood is going to use NLP (behavior) modification to feel better, (in an attempt act & be better), does that not make NLP a repression system?

Suppose I ate a wonderful ice cream sundae that unfortunately had been infected with some germs - eventually I become physically "ill"

"Visualizing" wonderful ice cream sundae's is not going to help me recover from that experience - I will still throw up

How does the NLP system fix a toxic past?

lovely video. i started doing the meditation (haven't given myself any 'relax time' for a long time so thought it was an ideal opportunity. and then it stopped :(

if it's possible, could you do some of these visualisation/meditation journeys on youtube? i'm sure there are other viewers who would benefit from them too :D
