Probably their most melodic tune. Good to see artists continue to play no matter how old they get (and even if someone says "they suck"). Can't go see 'em once they're gone.

Really great tune..but it deffinately needs keyboards in that part. Sounded a little thin to me. I've just about wore out my old LPs but somehow the CDs seem to have lost something in the transfer.

How come Jeff 'Skunk' Baxter was playing there with the regular Ventures? I've seem him playing with them in other videos... any strong relation to them?

Do not know why Jeff Baxter sat in on the performance, but great that he did, as he added a lot that night.
Regarding 'strong relation to them,' he has been guest guitar on a Ventures release or two I am aware of, so he has likely known them for a good while.
