  • Invest in a Power Rack. And worst case scenario, you're not using collars, so let one side dip to spill the weight and the other side will take case of itself instantly thereafter. lol

  • @mtbkbmt I don't like that method.. It's loud, potentially damaging, and the sudden drop of weight on one side, causing fast leverage to the other can cause more injury than simply sitting up with it.. Just my personal pref.

  • @robzombie8497 It's not needed on close grip.

  • where is the heavy weight? Also, you move the bar, maybe, 8 inches. NOt a long rep.

  • Seems a tad arrogant.. Got people like big ronnie and d.yates giving down to earth advice on the same level as the 'normal' body builder.. Got to say too, he has no chest in comparison to his arms, outta proportion

  • Your not as strong as you say. I know that wasnt after a drop set. i also watched your KILLER CHEST WORKOUT and your thrusted your ass so hard on 275 and right after you say I KEEP MY BUTT AND HIPS ON THE BENCH AT ALL TIMES. you speed up the video and think nobody will notice. I did

  • @g1attie >_> he said its not heavy weight, and hes working tri's which is why he is doing close grip and not going all the way because when you extend fully your doing chest but that is not what he is doing.

  • Dorian yates says it like this: Here you have worked out all your positive energy. A spotter is good for helping you doing that extra rep(s), what he claims negative energy. Check that up :)
