@Jake4595 Yeh, I have it too.. actually, you can get this noice from sleeping too little. x) try to go to bed before 23.00.. after a few months, it can deissappear. late answer, but oh well

@znoozaros well, actually, yes. I got my tinnitus because of opening my jaw too much xD It is unlikely, but I would my let my jaw rest between the meals if I were you.
