  • I had no idea ATP is pink. But, question, what happens with the ADP once released? We know laws of physics, so what reaction (probably hydrolysis/phosphorylation) happens with that molecule of ADP?

  • @aemperformance it would be phosphorylated back to ATP through glycolysis/krebs cycle/electron transport chain, since ATP generation requires ADP + energy input + a phosphate.
