I just ordered this seasoning last week and used it today for the first time! OMG it was awesome!!! Cooked steaks and grilled chicken with it. The flavor and taste is amazing. Superbowl tomorrow and cant wait to try it on the pork shoulder. Get this, you won't regret it.

These people just catered my wedding last year and it was very good. Gave these seasonings as presents for the wedding party and it was a big hit. They have the BEST pork sausage. And that famous hamburger is the best hamburger I have had.  Taylor Texas has some good barbecue.

I know these people. They catered a large event in Las Vegas. Tim Mikeska is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I have been using his rub for a few years now and its great. Really good on baked potatoes.

Here in North Carolina we take our Que very serious. I saw Tim Mikeska with Bobby Flay on the Food Network and was very impressed. I bought a large 10lb seasoning and I have to confess its better than anything I have found here in NC or anywhere else for that matter. Its good on anything and everything. I bought some at Xmas to send to my Que-less friends and they also love it.

I have been using this for a few months now and find it to be the best seasoning anywhere.
