I know, but the reason I consider it strange is because I've seen clips elsewhere on YouTube of Hanna-Barbara logos from the 1990s, and I don't remember those. I know I watched shows back then that weren't reruns, so I guess I wasn't paying attention. (I was a kid, after all.) And you're right, this logo is fantastic.

i will give hints to 3 of the underrated franchises in the game are...

1.A Gang that finds those pets a Ha Ha Happy Home. (Oh yeah their coming to fight despite their size, Plus this video has the year their show existed)

2. A man who wants to save his family from the dark waters.

3. It's time to save a big city from evil doers in an anthromophormic world.

That logo will play a role in a fan-game im wanting to make based on Hanna Barbera. it's a Smash Bros/Street fighter type game with characters from Popular/Underrated shows in the Company's existance from the begining to the 90's. plus the shows based on popular fads of the time are in it because many of the characters from them are owned and made by Hanna Barbera.
