  • in a zombie apoc why not at least try a diplomatic approach before we get to killing them?

  • @Asken96

    (lol)

    :)

  • Having set a target for each survivor of around 500 zombie kills and a time limit of a week to prevent food/water becoming a serious problem it becomes clear that each fit survivor (around 20% of the remaining populace) must deliver a coup de grace 71-72 times a day and find shelter 6 times. Not easy with on average four dependants but it is possible, especially if you train 3 or 4 times a week for the eventuality, just like me.

  • Zombie math.Long term safety in zombie survival situations relies on taking the fight to the foe.Zombies will eventually break down any defense and find any hideout, it's what they do.So,considering that approximately 1% of the population will be immune/uninfected each survivor will be responsible for the destructon of 100 zombies.Over a week say, this is an achievable goal. Accepting that many survivors will be unable to reach this target (age/infirmity etc.) each fit survivor must tag 500 ish

  • The problem of a Zombie outbreak is twofold. You have the sheer numbers involved and the unexpected nature of the event. For example, plate armour was designed to be as light as possible (and is suprisingly flexible and feels comfortable at first) while remaining durable and would be excellent protection but the twin factors have an obvious impact on this strategy. How do you get to the nearest museum in an emergency? How many zombies can you slay before feeling the effects of battle in armour?

  • @Asken96 If I ever run into a "weel" zombie I'll tell him you said hi.

  • @LordCommissairElric weel zombies can be in water so no yyuor still dead go to a real´high building wiht one way in

  • Just take a boat to the middle of nowhere, zombie problem solved.

  • @pascalmonnier Also they would suprisingly quickly rip away the leather joints.
