I have been meaning to do this video forever! Deacon partied hard last night so he is still sleeping and I actually got the chance to share before we went to the store (-:
I hope this helps... it's not at all fancy but it works week after week for us.

Do you not have regular grocery stores where you live? I recommend that you look up some of the gruesome things that Walmart does in order to make their prices as cheap as they are.

I love meal planning. It makes life so much easier! In fact I just realized that my whole life is written down. Someone could just step in and take over. LOL!

I love the fact that here in the northwest we have so many options for stores. Big ups on trader joes and Fred meyer. They make it so easy.

I think the shake and bake recipe will be too long to fit on here .. so I will send it to ya in a message, Im the one who removed the comment by jkadams1983, its another account I use mainly for my hubbies silly vids lol, thought it would just me confusing not to lol.
