I searched google to find out what Braggs Liquid Aminos was, it is very high salt and also contains glutamic acid because of the hydrolysing process used in breaking down the protein into amino acids. I'm not sure how it compares with normal soy sauce but one lady did find that it had given her varicose veins after using it regularly. This is from the 'welikeitraw' website, maybe look it up or be careful using this product!
I cut out as much refined sugars and processed foods and after a few months of this, I have found that my cravings have pretty much stopped.
Once in a while I might have a small piece of chocolate or something but for the most part, I dont eat much refined sugars and processed foods any more.
I've also found that fasting for 24-30 hours every other week has helped improve health. When I fast, I dont eat anything and drink only water or green tea (with no sugar).

Raw cheese that is from grass fed animals is most healthy.
It builds your immune system.
Raw Manchengo Sheep Cheese is great. It is aged 9 months. Pasturized food is dead. I love your videos btw. You look radiant.
