I beat the super cop once.
I used to do this for fun: I'd enter the bigger wheel cheats a bunch of times, then I'd find a Banshee, go to the east side of the second island (the really long freeway,) and bash through cop cars when my wanted lvl was high enough.
He went to pull me out, but I ran him over...
