  • i see first routine is realy hard even for strong one

    so my question is when i shoud do this ? at the end of my training day ?

  • @AFROSAMURA111 actually you should try this as your workout. complete the full set, rest (about 3 min) then do it again. Do about 5 sets. It should take you less than an hour.
