I am starting ur workout videos today. I had a very hard slap in the face revelation last nite, and I need to make a definate change. I've been watching ur videos to get a feel for ur workout style, and I LOVE them. I am 32, and 2xx lbs. I have been exercising and working out, but nothing has been working. Now, I came across ur awesome videos, and ur like a Godsend. Thank u so much for sharing ur techniques with us. U have given me hope again. Ur my light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks Ahmad

@Top21Boss I'm the same height as you. But weight about 226lbs, right now. I'm having a lot of success on the StairMaster at the gym. I find it works a lot of large muscle groups at the same time, as it pretty much encompasses the entire lower body. I started at 244. I was able to shed 18lbs in a month and a half. I am not eating as well as I could be, but I have cut a lot of the "junk" out. I'm 30 years old, BTW - if it means anything.

i am 270 pound and i am 6 feet 2. how can i loos 30 pounds in two months please help me . what workouts should i do . i workout everyydayy and eat right and no results . i need help asap ahmad .

@Top21Boss master the jump rope... remember you should not be jumping high...barely lift your feet... shoot for 5 sets of 25 jumps in the beginning...then work up to 10 sets of 100jumps...then 5-10 sets of 3 minute rounds...ok?.~ahmad

i do 2 sets of this... is that enough? or should i do more??. .... Plus i like this it works for me cause im in a baskeball team, nead cardio and leg workout GREAT VID :D
