This is of the most effecting endings of all time to my eyes. The dunce hats randomly occurring on two philosophical homeless men, the sign that society finds them to be stupid while they may really be most poetic and hopeful souls around, and the eggs serving a higher purpose for the ending. The excellent song choice, the entire cast singing to let you know they all felt the pain of Marilyn's death. I still don't understand why Marilyn didn't decide to live for her daughter and Michael, though.
