It's "Mustards Last Stand" affectionately called "Big Dick", runs carts around the Univ. Of Illinois and has been slamming dogs for over 42 years. Ben filmed him making big bucks.

well someone beat me to this comment but i dont think he needed Ice as it looks cold where they where at.the guy is putting pickles, etc on with his bare hands...is this...ahem..."kosher" with the health dept? And aren't the condiments supposed to be refridgerated or on ice? That part I'm not sure about.

It depends on the location I'm sure this spot generates thousands it has a' lot of foot traffic. A bad day is $500 which isn't all that bad if you know what your doing and can make up for it later in the week.
