Wow, everyone that doesn't think an electric car can beat an Evo are plain stupid. I have an Evo, love it, but if you have ever looked into electric engines and the power they produce it is amazing. A flat torque and hp curve, actually a line, from 500rpm to 10000rpm or whatever rpm the engine is built for. Can't beat that kind of power band, that is ideal. Research, learn and then speak. And btw, you can hear the Evo the WHOLE time, he tried and lost, get over it.

@ThePvtToucher If that thing was street legal like the EVO and all the rest of the competitors it would have 4 wheels, you would get massive traction problems. And the street legal electric cars like the tesla roadster CAN'T HANDLE, they have a tendency to spin out. I'm a real driving enthusiast and there is a difference, I also own an EVO, I'm not against the green but the evo is not that bad on gas it's pretty efficient. Might as well have fun with gas till we run out. I'm also huge on solar.

@intj123 have you ever used a power tool in your life??? They have a throttle just like a car, you squeeze it just a little and the little head rotates really slowly... Hell, even your PS3 has similar controls. This isn't a full throttle or no throttle age, that was back in the ps1 days... Maybe you have never used anything electric in your life.. And about the weight of it... It can be adjusted for equal weight distribution and easier than a regular car because it doesn't have a "gas tank"

@jasnm21 I am a die hard Lancer Evolution Lover and this is true... Electric motors instant torque ! Now what you do is you take the petrol motor out of the evo and replace it with extremely powerful electric motors and you would have a BEAST, on the rally circuit as well =o =P short runs with that type of power!
