he runs, trips, fals down in the aisle 8 ft below, breaks his neck, and the boss gets a lawsuit on his ass for workplace safety. jackasses like this fuck things up for fellow workers and colleagues in other warehouses because they tighten the rules a lil bit more. What a dick!

@chucknorrisgawd Partially yes, it is to cover their own ass like you said, but the main reason for the laws are to protect people from idiots like this. I agree fully with the laws as well, if your stupid enough to do something like this, you deserve to have a few tons of metal shelving land on top of you. The laws are in place also so if some dumb ass like this gets the urge to jump from loading dock to loading dock and gets hurt, then he can't try to sue them.

@Wulvar yeah, the reason there are workplace safety laws is to cover the companies own ass so they can't be held liable in the event of a lawsuit.
