the only place i know that does this in CA. is in Japan town,SF but they cost so much!!

this is way too Kawaii~!!! i don't care if she have a cut on her finger or whatever,but i totally love her nail design!!! too cute!!! wish i could do that at my own nail but i never work anyway :(

OMG the nail tech has an open wound on her middle finger of her left hand. That is so unprofessional, she has to cover that wound at least with a banddage.
