The email program will allow companies to maintain better recording keeping for corp. compliance and not get into legal trouble. The info is recorded, backed up to tapes and stored. The company is covered in the event of a law suit (sexual harassment, insider trading, trade secrets, etc.) and the in house attorney is happy.

Kate -- I wanted to comment yesterday but I was too slammed at work. this too part series has been awesome. too bad I know to many people who are going to hear/watch this advice and buy these services. I guess I hang out with shady guys!!!!!!
