Unsafe Practices at Southlawn Housing in Milwaukee Wisconsin

I am not one who does not take my safety lightly. The management at Southlawn doesn't. I have called and tried to become involved and active, I call when I see things aren't as they should be. These people, The Friends of Housing, really don't care about the residents who do care and look at those of us who report things out of order as pests. If you know anyone who works for the Milwaukee Housing Authority, Friends of Housing or any other affiliated authority please call them and ask em what's up or better yet, send them this video.

People think they are anonymous on the internet but dont know there are ways and means to find anybody. I just dont understand the cowards who do this really. Well not being from Milwaukee, that is what I call it, I am from Chicago so we always called the light company Commonwealth Edison, and it is just habit when I refer to the light and gas company i call it ComEd, You got that? Wouldn't a light on next door look like someone is home? I would feel just as safe if the lights were off, but with a light on it looks like someone is up doing stuff... How the heck is it unsafe?

T&T, I've never seen you that p%%%ed off before. You should to go down there physically to their offices to straighten out that light problem. It's a shame when "WE" take over stuff, it goes down hill.

That may be a misnomer. The 'funding' for services are cut in half when "WE" move into certain neighborhoods. That will give the illusion that "WE" mess everything up in certain neighborhoods. We just need to complain as loud as the 'white folks' when something goes awry or funding is cut.

In Dallas we have we can call for extra patrol. If suspicious things are going on, we call them and report what activities are going on and give the times that the activities is going on. When you call one of the small police stations make sure to tell them that you want to remain anonymous.

I feel ya siesta! Management does not care. Once 5'oclick comes they are are out the door and to hell with the tenants. Contractors' have. I business with the keys to the tenants apartments, they are supposed to be escorted into the units with management or maintenance.
