I believe Fin is playing the Highland reel pipes not the border pipes.

Great sound! This is one of the best sounding Border pipes I've heard.

Fantastic music!! It's hard to hear the fiddle, which means one of two things: either the sound of the pipes over-powers the fiddle, or the fiddle is so perfectly in tune with the pipes and the fiddle player plays so accurately that the music melts into one flowing piece. Brilliant, in any case!
