why do you resist the opposite leg that is being activated? just curious. Seems like you should find a better way to resist his left leg. I like the idea.
Totally agree. Point being, sometimes activation in one plane is enough so long as load is the variant in another. So its the proper "blend" that counts.
Try it and feel it mate. Press into the floor with the anchored leg. Both limbs of course are "active"
