  • Try it and feel it mate. Press into the floor with the anchored leg. Both limbs of course are "active"

  • why do you resist the opposite leg that is being activated? just curious. Seems like you should find a better way to resist his left leg. I like the idea.

  • Totally agree. Point being, sometimes activation in one plane is enough so long as load is the variant in another. So its the proper "blend" that counts.

  • Activation is one thing, building with weight is another.
