Please help. I made the marquee selection, and filled it with black. But, the "Define Brush Preset" cannot be selected. What do you suggest I do?

@jmattdai Maybe the bar you created is too big. Photoshop cannot create brushes larger than 2500 pixels tall or wide. Try creating a smaller selection and see if the "Define Brush Preset" works.
