The movie is an ambient documentary of people and places set to selections from the AIDS benefit album, Red Hot + Riot: The Music and Spirit of Fela Kuti. Red Hot's digital video crew visited South Africa and Nigeria to document how AIDS impacts the daily lives of Africans.
By focusing on the concerns of individuals, the documentary reveals the complexities of the epidemic on an intimate and personal scale rarely seen in Western media.

Why am I suppose to love my enemies by ignoring their sin? This is not in the Bible. The way to love someone is to show them the errors of their ways, not ignore their sins. Sin leads to death. This is true love.
