Will PS3 games run more smoothly on this monitor than on a 60hz one?

@zelly2k9 No but i just ordered the new XL2420TX(newest version of this model), if you get that model it can do 3d over hdmi 1.4, its has a built in nvidia 3d emitter in it. However if you get the other model XL2420T it does not have the emitter built into it and cant do 3d over hdmi 1.4. So if your lookin to take your console 3d you have to buy the XL2420TX right now you can buy it direct from benq for 479.99 20 dollar rebate and free shiping promo for two more days! Hope this helped.

Its stands for DisplayPort, type of connector.. it has higher bandwidth than other type of connectors and allows you to connect 3+ monitors to your PC

plus this monitor has TN panel (cause of which it actually accomplishes so small response time) with w-led backlight, so not very thrilled with that either

@zelly2k9 Unfortunately not, it comes with a dual link DVI cable which you will need to have the monitor operating at 120hz
