I am one of the lucky members from the Rockville Centre FD that was lucky enough to know John. He truly was a Fireman's Fireman. There isn't a day that doesn't go by that John isn't remembered in one form or the other. To know him was to love him. John, Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom. Until we meet again my friend....Love you and miss you...........

I want to give my respects to John Husser, his family and his fire department. Im sure he lived a life that he loved because he did what he loved doing. Certainly a great Hero...God Bless him and all of those fallen firefighters who lived selfless lives in order to serve humanity.
