One thing I will always remember about training with Fred is that he never made it easy for me to train properly... In fact I remember him being the most annoying person I ever had the displeasure to put up training with.
Also master Ang is a very good man.

Used to train Hung Kuen In manchester under Master Ang, but have now moved on to Wing Chun in London.
It's simply a lot more practical for the present life situations

@ kungfufreddy, if master ang is sloppy then how did he get in all thoughs martial arts mags in the 90s?how is he a master?and to say that his students cant use his MA in a real fight is absolute bullshit.so your saying you cant punch or kick in a real fight lol what ya supposed to do blow kisses at each other.

master ang kee kong
Everybody needs to realize that all martial arts are the same. Punch is a punch, kick is a kick. Respect all fighters, because martial arts is for self improvement... not competition. If you compete... good for you. But have respect for all of the arts, and put away this childish bickering.

ok so i have gone back to the start of the whole arguing thing. martial arts is about combat and fighting as fred says, but its not fighting for fightings sake. it is discipline of the mind body and spirit. if it was strickly about fighting it would be called martial, not martial art. its about bettering ones self and understanding who you are through fighting as well as the training to fight. watch the tea scene from fearless. it sums it up very nicely.
