Scott that you for this Video I am a 42 yr old mother of 4 teenagers two girls 20 and 18 and two boys 17 and 13 in Sturbridge Ma and my 76 yr old mother was diagnosed 3 months ago with Alzheimer and is sadly declining quickly and I can not even contemplate the idea of putting her in a nursing home as I worked on an Alzheimer floor for about 7 years myself after watching this video I have added strength even knowing I will be doing this alone with the help of my kids and husband. Thank you

I just want to say that Mike, you are the most wonderful husband a woman could ask for. I admire you in so many ways. Betty is a very lucky woman to have such a loving and caring man to take care of her.

Massaging her face will increase the circulation to her neurons. Exercise , massage, balance diet, are key to slowing the process of alzheimers.
The group exercise with dancing is good. However, sometimes you have to go a little further. You are a good man. God Bless you.
