@iammeUareyou actually, it's apples diagnosis iOS still used. It's been found on quite a few prototypes, as well as refurbished device replacements, etc. the most recent one was a iPhone 4 prototype put on eBay with it on.

the screen is anti-glare resistant, doesnt mean its not glass...besides, it looks like a 3rd-party UI which is very basic...
