I recommend you use 1440x900 as the custom size. Because if you use 1280x720, the video will look squished up. 1440x900 is better :D

Cool! I have had any problem using 1280X720 but sure, you can use 1440X900 also. Thanks for the tip.

when i add a watermark how do i make it blend in with the video, because i can see the background of it and it doesnt suit the video

Bring down the opacity. You will see it blend into your video. If you can show me somehow, I will help you.

neva mind i found the solution. i pressed transparent colour n it gets rid of the background.

o yeh, when i try to add a file/ project it doesn't take the avi file

Did you click produce video link in Camtasia? After you do that, then select your preset to produce your video in HD. Let me know if that what your having problems with.
