This sounds more like 20 dogs. Are they hoarding animals or what?? This is torture to listen to. Please tell me you have reported this. This is unimaginable!!!

Maybe you could also report this property for health violations (trash/hoarding issues) But this is CLEARLY animal neglect/abuse! REPORT THEM TO COPS, ASPCA HUMANE COPS, CITY HEALTH DEPT, EVERY CITY OFFICIAL. BARKING/DANGEROUS TRASH/CHAINING/LEFT OUTSIDE IN ALL WEATHER. Those are ALL crimes where I live.

if you're annoyed of their dogs barking.. just report them for disturbance.. you're allowed to report dogs who bark and howl constantly.. the people first get warnings and to tell them to train the dog or do something.. then afterward the dogs get removed from the property and it goes from there.
