  • hey can i ask u how u keep your forearm so strong cuz when i work out a lot i always end up pulling my forearms muscles and last time i had a tear is there any way in which i can strengthen my forearm really gud and still workout

  • @LittleBeastM -How do you prevent elbow pain when doing tricep extensions? I love them but they make my elbows hurt very badly everytime but I wont stop doing them so I want to know how to prevent the pain?
