Inviting you into my kitchen in Samui to see what I eat and how easy it is to have a raw food lifestyle, even if you do not actually have a kitchen! All you need are a few knives, cutting boards and of course some fresh food and love!

  • Hi Lado..Wow $60 CAN is a lot! I usually buy things online, then whenever friends of family are coming to visit I have them bring a few things in their suitcase for me. Also I always plan to buy things when I travel. You just have to be a little creative and plan but it is possible. In the USA they have flat-rate international boxes - I think the cheapest is $35 and you can put as much as you can fit into the box, that is also another great option! What do you do in Turkey?
