My mom used to hook my youngest brother up to this sort of harness thing. She'd walk him down the boardwalk, like walking a dog, haha. I understand why she did it ,though. He was super wild, and she worried he'd disappear into the crowd forever. But man, if she didn't get some dirty looks. I think she even called it his leash, haha, as in "Go get your brother's leash for Mommy."
