"Strange Feeling" was released in September of 1963 and began a series of "unrequited love"-themed songs for its composer and singer, Billy Stewart. "Strange Feeling" has a hauntingly beautiful melody joined with Billy's distinctively unique vocal syle. Many more hits would come his way including Carolina Beach music standards like "I Do Love You" and "Sitting In The Park".

  • Great voice. One of my all time favorites! I saw him in Columbus Ohio the same year he died. He was a great man who left too soon.

  • Go head big Man. You are still missed. I remember seeing you at the Regal on 47th street, nice band, pinkie diamond ring, big but looking good in those black shark-skinned pants and white shirt. You better ask somebody. This was one bad man. I heard Count me Out is big in South America...he had a unique way of singing that could fit anywhere. Thanks.
