To Say Harry Potter is a Christian Allegory because JKR claims to be Christian is like saying Abortion is Ok because VP Joe Biden is Catholic and he supports Abortion. I have seen many of the youth at my parish I have observed few who actually wear the brown scapular. As my apostolate, I like to distribute brown scapulars to all people and have purchased a small number from the Rose Scapular Company which have many different saints from Maximillan Kolbe to Therese of Lisieux.

We need to spread the message of the use of scapulars and not the wearing of rosaries which is affiliated here with gangs.

In my opinion, if children are being led to witchcraft and the occult because of Harry Potter, which is a completely fictionous and doesn't really have any real witchcraft beliefs (besides spells, but even those are make believe and all are Latin), it is by the fault of the parent for not completely transforming their child's life to the church! They child and the parent should talk about the matters, and if they care for their child, should lead him/her to the church!
