This is arguably funny, but creationists have a point. Since mainstream scientists have censored the self-evident terrorist controlled demolitions of the twin towers before their complete evacuation, it stands to reason that they can hide other trivial and important information. Therefore, people who take the non-trivial theory of biological evolution with skepticism are respectable.

-If so one doesn't agree with you right away they are your enemy. Fighting is fine but the kind of fighting you are displaying is self destructive. If you want to continue that is fine, however it cannot be stated as fact that you have not been told other wise and I hope you do otherwise.

LOL, I already very much said what I had to say and I know that you are intelligent enough to get it even if you don't emotionally want to admit it. If you draw a GOD complex from encouraging more positive ways for voicing differences and arguing points then further support my claim that you are deeply emotionally rooted on this or these issues and it leads you to serious distortion and bias. To the point that any notion that you are wrong no matter how logical you will reject.

@Ryukikon There's no good reason for us to continue this discussion. Based on the evidence, I have a theory about you. You suffer from a God complex. I can also deduce that (1) you are very young, (2) English is your second language, and (3) you are not a citizen of the United States. Lastly, this bears repeating. This was a comedy video about Creationism, not an invitation to Creationists and their apologists (you being one of them) to argue their non-scientific perspective.

You are close because conventional science is a religion and people have been conditioned to believe that it is not just like people have been conditioned to believe that economics is relatively new and that it is a science.

-Again it is important to study the history of a subject matter in detail. Science is a subset of philosophy and science is about measuring or quantifying things(generalization) any thing else is not science. THis is why Science does not deal with GOD ever.

-Also to clear this up the purpose of philosophy is to find answers to everything, even things that can't be measured through logic(reason and methods).

-Science can not prove beyond the shadow of a doubt anything which again comes back to the fallacy of convention.

There is no such thing as an atheist/agnostic. There is also equally no such thing as an atheist jew. Lewis black is Jewish and that means that he accepts certain belief and a culture. He can make fun of jews and other people but that doesn't change that fact as he defines himself that way.

-As for the Church and state issue, if you hold it so strongly then you should understand what I mean by gov should be keeping out of schools anyway. This avoids this problem all together.

@Ryukikon Theistic religions claim absolute truths and require faith in them without evidence. Science doesn't do that, neither does philosophy. Philosophy poses questions that have no answers, like the solipsism that you mentioned. The only people claiming science as a religion are those whose minds have been conditioned to think that way; the religious. Science is not a subset of philosophy. Science uses the discipline of logic, as does philosophy. That's where the similarities end.
