3/4 cup salt to 8 ounces of water is much more salt than in the other brine recipes out there

@vonImages i think he does boil the water, the end of the video says hot water so im assuming thats what he did

Curious ... of all the brine methods out there, your method is the first to NOT boil any water. In essence, are you simply creating a very loose and watery marinade? Or, is there a big difference in mariade versus brine?
