  • I love deadlifts and squats... weird that you would feel the need to comment so obscenely on something you've never tried and know nothing about. But, thanks for watching!

  • That seems a bizarre comment? Do you own any AOS products or is this just a spammer?

  • why so few views? kettlebells are amazing!

  • Looking for workouts I can do at home. This looks excellent!

  • ns video and music. Whats it called, i mean music ? Thx in advance

  • Congratulation Anthony!!Good job!!

  • AOS : FIrepower was the 1st KB workout what I did, when I got my first pair of 20kilos... I loved every single minute of that routine..

  • Awesome video..one of the best workouts out there!!

  • People who say Kettlebell is a weakwork out never trained with one. Kettlebells is pretty tough. I train with both 24 kg and 32 kg. I would say I much better shape training with kettlebells than traditional dumb bell and barbell.

  • Hi Jeff,

Big respect for what you do. Great job.

  • Depends if you want to be a 'chunky monkey' with no neck or you want strength, flexibility and functional fitness you can actually do something with rather than scare small children in the Mall.

  • Ahahaha Kettlebell a girls workout.

Most girls wouldn't survive 2 minutes on a 1 pood bell and fact is, most guys won't either, I fucked up on it and im a muay thai fighter.

isotop, don't cut your deadlifts and squats, but add kettlebells and ask AOS, they might even give you money back guarantee if you don't get stronger, but if you don't you owe them a two year subscription and buying their DVDs.
