good attempt at this. PLEASE re-render this and re-post. the stuttering absolutely ruins it. Also, might I suggest using the smaller intro (I think it's about a 1 minute, 30 seconds) instead of the full orchestral version. That way, the video finishes out more like the original show intro. Just a though.

The NEW series of Battlestar Galactica pandering trash? Wow, that's a pretty strong remark. The show is actally beyond sci fi and beyond drama. It's very intense and it lacks a lotof the typical overdone chessiness nerds like you and I might be used to and enjoy. But it's very intellegent, I gave it try. You may like it, its an amazing show.

Its a shame that they really needed to use the same name as it is sooo different.
Its far to grim for me and feels like watching any number of US cash cows, whereas the original was fresh and exciting!
The space batles are great, its the rest I cannot stand!

i grew up watching Next Generation, love The Twilight Zone, like the original BSG series too, but it is so different from the new one that the only similarity is name. They are two completely different shows: one fills my void for cheesily awesome 70's sci-fi, and the other for incredibly awesome space battles.

The new series is much better. Give up the old one already, the old music sucks and doesn't fit the feel of the new show.

Oh, I like the original series too, it's just i like the new one too. I think it more truly portrays what the surviving 50,000 humans would feel like after 20 billion other humans were killed. And my favorite Star Trek has to be Voyager.

good idea, but you definitely need to work on the editing and soundtrack because they were both pretty choppy. either that or the convert to You Tube's down load process didn't take so well but nice try.
