After several pickup change and over a year of experiment, i back at the stock pickup. They're Duncan Design, so Duncan made in somewhere with original specs. They play very well, and fit on the guitar better than other pups i tried. The neck is the Duncan 59 model, the bridge the classical Jeff Beck, and are nickel metal covered. A stock guitar of this price who play very, very good indeed (to be honest i tried lot of bennett in the shop, none play good as this one). Recorded via USB on a Pod XT live.

  • Holy crap. Who do you play with?

  • @unit335 i'm not sure to understand the question

  • Epiphone and Gibson are the only two guitar companies in the world that make the real Sg's and Lp's. How dose the Bennett match up to them?

  • @EPI6fingers you need to seek for tone not for brands. Leo Fender kick off Fender company and go elsewhere, so now Fender brand is the original one or not? Man who invented leaved. So a brand is just a brand, i simply try and judge what i ear, really not interested in other things. Bennett are not bad, for their price surely the quality is pretty good

  • nice playing man

  • @EPI6fingers Epiphone guitars are shit! at that price, much better Greg Bennet. When I buy a guitar I go to a store or to the house of the guy who sells it and I play the guitar, I don't care anything about the brand.

  • I want one in the neck position

  • I have good result with Artec Giovannis'.

The GVH-1 are fat vintage Les Paul tone (Alnico5),

but for noteclarity I prallel wire the neck pu.

They offer an Alnico 3 version GVH-2 (more clarity )

and a diffrent wire on the GCH-1 (Alnico 5)

The GCH-1 is brighter because of wire, but still in the vintage ballpark.

I hope to try them out one day.

By the way, I took the covers off the GVH-1's, and prefer this for noteclarity.
