@MrKevinbacon123 This man's trying to tell you that the mathematically incorrect moves of other players is not false. Meanwhile, he claims that splitting 10's is WRONG. Cmon, if another player splits tens, which is mathematically false and different from other players' strategy, how can the dealer claim the man's not wrong and then say that splitting 10's is just WRONG? This dealer is an idiot! He's a Chumlee without the popularity.

This dealer contradicts himself. He said that hitting an 11 against a 2 is not necessarily wrong and that doubling a soft 15 against a 2 is not necessarily wrong either(which they are in the long run because it's against basic strategy), but then they'll talk against splitting tens(which basic strategy says to stand). Then they go on to support the crazy idea of taking insurance as a non-counter!
