  • You definitely will lose weight if you don't eat. And if you continue to not eat/restrict your calories to like say 500 per day than you will stay thin.

  • @VanessaTexasGal True say I do understand that in order to maintain or lose weight that you would have to eat certain amount of calories. But what I was trying to get at here is that sometimes people think in order to loose weight they need to starve themselves which of course will only lead to short term weight loss .In order to loose weight forever it is important to have a healthy diet of say around 1800-2000 cals with regular exercise though.

  • @idilali actually, it is (in the end) about eating less and exercising more. It doesn't matter how healthy your diet is, if you still eat more than you burn up, you will put on fat. The reason veggies help with weight loss, is because they have a lot of fiber, which fills you up with less calories, but it still comes down to calories in vs calories out

  • @babeeshopiez123 Actually, it does work exactly like that. You just have to actually DO IT. If you seriously do it, replan your food intake to the healthiest possible and get enough excersise and you still do not loose fat, then you might have an underlying health condition. Stay strong. Remeber people put other people down to make themselfs feel good, dont give them that satisfaction. ;)
