no, stealing good games means getting a torrent of Guitar Hero 3 for PC and downloading it
This is the result of an amazing programmer (with help from modders) getting the feel of guitar hero for PC
He could have charged for this game too, since it in no way steals anything from Guitar Hero or Rock Band (he didn't make it look like either game after all), so him making it free was just his way of being generous to the PC gaming community

same here!! this is my childhood the best game in hsitory in my opinion and had the best music, i will always remember this game as my childhood obvisouly my favourite game and always will be BANJO KAZOOIE FOR EVER <3
