  • At last, a horror film that's even greater than DRACULA. Did she say fm or film? Hope to see it reach other screens in the rest of the world. I like the way the producer says, "This is our culture...". Point is that even Africa can produce great films, and this one is a great film.

  • hope makers of this film don't compromise their artistic vision by bowing to an unrealistic censorship board that may not appreciate the rights of audiences to decide what is too horrific. No research has ever proved direct effectivity of such horror to the enactment of it in real life. If so, let the board cite and show proof. I doubt that nothing in this film is that. Filmmakers, there is an alternative avenue now for release: international festivals, then DVD. Still, censorship- shallowness

    Youre right, the system is skewed and this kind of censorship is self-defeating.

    However the KFC has no legal jurisdiction on this matter and unfortunately faces the same bureaucracy trying to promote the industry. I encourage you to write an email to KFC and bring it to their attention that this is something Kenyans and the average audience are concerned about - media freedom essentially.
