No one said this was the best representation of Saut D'eau. It is just *a* representation. Nothing more, nothing less. A simple Youtube search will show many other representations and give you a well rounded view of what Saut D'eau is all about.

Also, from what I saw, a lot of other's should have been run out of town way before us!
