Street Fighter 4: How to unlock Gouken

The easy way to unlock Gouken is to set the rounds to 1 and difficulty to easiest. Get 3 perfects and 3 Ultra combo finishes. After you fight Gouken and defeated him, he will become a playable character.

Update: Please make sure you have unlocked all the hidden characters first including Akuma.

@abecistheshit1, have you unlocked all characters including Akuma? Make sure you beat the game with Akuma also.

wtf there has to be something wrong with this info i beat it with 1 perfect and 3 ultras and got to face gouken i beat him but didnt unlock him so now instead im getting 3 perfects and 3 ultras still nothing do i haft to rebeat it with all the unlocked characters again including akuma and then do the 3 perfects and ultras?!?!
