The audio is not great, so it's hard to tell, but I agree with bassodivo. Nice ring to the voice on some notes, it seems back vowels, like "oh" are swallowed. My video is also grainy, but it looks to me as if the tongue is back & down on these vowels, as I can't see it when he opens his mouth on the higher notes on these vowels. Too much tongue tension, but probably not that hard to fix, as it isn't present on all notes. Some sounds in Russian are swallowed, so that encourages this flaw.
